1. Select the consumer for whom you want to record data by hovering on their initials at the top right corner of the screen.

2. Select record additional information from the drop down menu.

3. Select weight and height button.

4. Click into the text boxes to update/alter previously entered data.

• a. Select date to edit.
• 
• b. Type height to edit.
• 
• c. Type weight in the box.
• 
• d. Type comment in the box.
• 

5. Select pencil icon to save changes or select trash icon to delete weight and height record.
